Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Leh / Transfer to Hotel

Arrive Leh. Meet and assist on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Rest for the whole day and let your body take complete acclimatization. Late afternoon, if health permits, visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace & local market, and return to the hotel."

Day 2: Visit to Sangam, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill

After breakfast, start our sightseeing with the Hall of Fame (museum constructed by the Indian Army) near Leh, which is worth a visit for every Indian, and proceed further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib at an altitude of 3,600 mtrs, about 22 kms from Leh. It was constructed in memory of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Nestled deep in the Himalayas, a drive of another 4 km takes us to Magnetic Hill, which defies the law of gravity. As you move ahead from Magnetic Hill, just before Nimmu Village, there comes the famous confluence of two rivers – the Indus River coming from Tibet (left) and the Zanskar River coming from Zanskar Valley (right). After visiting the confluence, we drive back to the Leh hotel for an overnight stay."

Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass (140 Kms / 5-6 Hrs)

After breakfast, we will drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (the highest motorable road in the world) at 5,602 mtrs / 18,390 ft, around 39 km from Leh.

On the way to Nubra Valley, we will stop at Diskit to visit Diskit Monastery, also known as Deskit Gompa or Diskit Gompa, which is the oldest and largest Buddhist monastery in Diskit, the headquarters town of Nubra Valley.

Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or “the Valley of Flowers” and is a high-altitude Himalayan desert at around 10,000 feet above sea level.

Upon arrival in Nubra Valley / Hunder, we check in at our camp for an overnight stay."

If time permits, we drive towards Hunder in the evening, where you have an opportunity to ride on a Bactrian camels (double-humped) amidst the sand dunes of this high-altitude desert with snow - Capped mountains on the horizon.

Day 4: Nubra Valley to Pangong (190 Kms / 5-6 Hrs)

After an early breakfast, we check out from the camp or hotel and drive towards Hunder, where you have an opportunity to ride on a Bactrian camels (double-humped) if not visited on Day 03.

Otherwise, we drive straight towards Pangong Tso via Agham & Shyok Valley. Some of the road patches in these areas are extremely tough (towards the Nubra Valley side) in terms of road conditions, but no doubt the journey is very scenic.

On arrival at Pangong, you will visit the shooting point and continue to experience a drive along the lake for another 30 - 45 minutes to reach your camp.

Day 5: Pangong to Leh via Chang La Pass (180 Kms / 6 Hrs)

Morning at leisure to explore the beauty of the lake, and later we drive back to Leh via Chang La Pass 5,486 mtrs, en route visiting Thiksey, an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village. After another 5 kms drive through a picturesque landscape, we reach Shey Palace, the ancient capital of Ladakh, and the 3 Idiots Rancho School. Drive further to Leh for an overnight stay."

Day 6: Departure Leh

Today, you will check out and transfer to the airport to board the flight to home or for your onward destination.

NOTE: (Supplement / Add on Cost)

  • Minimum 4 adults are required to operate the tour: if 4 Pax are not booked, then they have to pay additional cost @ Rs. 7,500/- (Per Person) for operate tour with 2 Pax only.
  • If operate with minimum 2 Pax / Private Tour and upgrade private vehicle: If any customer doesn’t want to travel with other guests on sharing basis, then they can avail private tour / upgrade individual vehicle on private exclusive for them at a supplementary cost of Rs. 15,000/- for one vehicle (Ertiga / Rumion) for the entire tour.
  • NON AC Transportation on Sharing with other guests booked on a trip: We will provide (Ertiga / Rumion) for 2 to 3 Pax, Innova / Xylo for 4 to 5 Pax and for 6 to 11 Pax Tempo Traveller will be provided on SHARING.
  • Tentative Airfare: The tentative airfare (Delhi-Leh-Delhi) calculated @ Rs. 17,000/- (Per Person), if any difference in airfare at the time of booking would be charged additional. (Airfare is subject to change).


Important information / Points:-

  • Only post-paid mobile phones work in Leh. Kindly check with your mobile network service provider before leaving on a tour.
  • On Day 4 (from 12:00 PM) to Day 5 ( till 11:00 AM ) you will be travelling in NO Mobile Network Zone.
  • There‘s NO Mobile signal network at Pangong Camp / sometime local BSNL network work with very low signals.
  • In Nubra and Pangong - Electricity will be available from 07 pm to 11 pm.
  • Since its an high altitude region, make sure to acclimatize yourself very well to avoid any sicknesses during the trip. It is very important to undergo first two days to acclimatize at same level of altitude and with the climate before initiating your journey to high altitude areas like Khardung La, Pangong Lake, etc.
  • Leh is a low level of oxygen and high altitude places, this makes your body lazy and week very fast. So, please avoid to run and keep drinking water / hot water, this will make your body hydrated and help you to be active with less headache.
  • Due to landing at 3500m sea level height - Mid-night headache is common in Leh, Ladakh areas . Just avoid dusty places / use a mask and keep drinking warm water to avoid these problems.
  • Carry important prescribed medicines with you on a tour. You will hardly find your important medicines in such remote areas in Nubra Valley and Pangong.
  • Carry some good woolen clothes and jackets to protect yourself while staying at Camp in Pangong.
  • Travel light, carry less clothes, but carry necessary ones Carry Sunglasses, hat / cap and sunscreen lotion of high SPF.
  • Kindly carry your 2 passport size photographs and 1 photo id with address proof for the permits.

Acclimatize Properly:-

  • Ladakh’s high altitude (over 10,000 feet) can cause Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). Rest / acclimatized at same altitude for at least 24 - 48 hours upon arrival and stay hydrated.
  • For Senior citizen guests - Please consult with your doctor and medication before going on a Ladakh trip.
  • Avoid strenuous activities during the first couple of days.
  • Drink plenty of water, herbal tea, or ORS solutions.
  • Eat small, frequent meals to maintain energy avoid overeating.

Respect Local Culture and Traditions:-

  • Remove your shoes before entering monasteries or homes.
  • Ask for permission before taking photographs, especially of monks, locals, or religious ceremonies.

Be Eco-Friendly:-

  • Carry reusable water bottles, avoid plastic, and dispose of waste responsibly.
  • Use eco-friendly toiletries and avoid polluting lakes, rivers, and natural surroundings.
  • Follow the principle of "Leave No Trace".

Don’t Ignore Altitude Sickness:-

  • Avoid alcohol, smoking, and excessive physical activity when acclimatising. AMS can be serious; seek medical help if symptoms worsen.
